Over the last 15 years, Kris has navigated through all areas of HR holding positions as an HR generalist and specialising in strategic HR Management, Remuneration & Benefits and in Learning & Development. Kris has worked on HR projects across the not-for-profit and Aged Care, financial, digital media, telecommunications, management, functional and operational & technology sectors. Kris has developed her skills in diverse environments with both local and global organisations in Australia, New Zealand and as an HR expatriate in Japan.Kris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and is also an experienced business coach.
Kris is passionate about achieving results by ensuring that HR is viewed with the same ‘partner’ as other business functions. Kris focuses on delivering outcomes and empowering clients with meaningful options to allow them to make effective HR decisions. Feedback from clients is that Kris is always commercially focused and tailors HR information and solutions to the business strategy.
