She is passionate about supporting organisations to achieve results and sustainability through the effective management of people, continuous improvement and development of culture to encourage innovation and success. Her focus is on building relationships and delivering meaningful and measurable outcomes for clients.

 

Rebecca is a highly skilled and engaging facilitator and has a passion for the development of leadership within organisations. She holds qualifications in Human Resources, Training and Leadership and Management and has extensive experience in vocational training, leadership development and coaching.
