As an accomplished and experienced professional Chris Westacott is the founder and Managing Director of Realise Performance. Chris is recognised as a strategist who has extensive experience in turning organisations around. Chris is experienced in global mergers, private and public health sector human resource management including closing large public service hospitals for NSW government and has worked throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally in leading organisational change and workplace reform.
Realise Performance has a stable of consultants with extensive experience that can help our clients achieve organisational business objectives. Our services include Board and Governance reviews, Organisational reform programs plus developing and facilitating the implementation of Strategic Workforce Initiatives. Chris Westacott
Chris Westacott is the Managing Director of Realise Performance; an Australian owned company specialising in assisting businesses with corporate governance, the development and implementation of major organisational culture change initiatives across a diverse range of industries and sectors.
Chris has particular expertise in retirement living, aged care governance, strategy and operations helping Aged Care and Community Services organisations improve compliance in governance and human resources through practical renewal of their people management and governance systems and processes. Whilst much of his work has focused on these sectors, Chris has also undertaken similar support in a broad range of sectors including healthcare and disability services.
Chris has realised these skills by focusing on aligning business strategy with people strategies and business operational systems.
Chris has extensive experience in human resources, strategic and operational planning and is a Director of the Board of a medium sized aged care organisation and is regularly sought out to provide his insights into the future of ageing and service provision including lifestyle living and senior’s care.
Chris also presents at conferences all over the world on a new approach to lifestyle and retirement living and strategic people engagement. This approach focuses on the value of engaging workforce to deliver the promise of a quality and customer service.
Chris holds an MBA, Degree qualifications in Human Resources and Marketing and a Diploma of Directorship.
Chris also holds Fellowships of with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Leadership and Management.
Gail Sulicich
Gail Sulicich has had an extensive career in key executive management roles, including over 10 years as a CEO. Gail is a skilled organisational development professional with extensive business acumen which uniquely positions her to maximise value to Realise Performance clients.
As an accomplished CEO and board director Gail demonstrates flexible leadership capabilities to adapt to changing business needs. Recognised as a strategic leader, strong collaborator and problem solver Gail delivers successful outcomes. She has the ability to understand and implement efficiencies to restructure and improve business performance.
Gails experience in building work cultures of trust and openness ensures that people join the journey of delivering value leading to a cohesive, goal orientated workforce. She continues to strongly advocate for value-based training, recruitment and management.
Gail holds a diploma of Directorship and a Diploma in Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Gail is also a qualified Resilience Level 2 instructor and studied psychology and sociology at length.
